- Button mushrooms sliced thickly 30
- Coriander seeds 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Cloves 6-8
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic chopped 6-8 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves chopped 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

Step 1
Grind coriander seeds, cinnamon, and cloves to a fine powder.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, mushrooms, ground spice mix, and salt.
Step 3
Sauté on high heat till the mushrooms are almost cooked.
Step 4
Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, and black pepper powder.
Step 5
Mix well and cook for one minute. Serve hot.
