Mushroom Soup Recipe For Diabetics
Ingredients:
- 200 g of button mushroom
- 2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 10 g butter/olive oil or preferred oil
- 2-3 chopped spring onion
Method:
- Properly wash the mushrooms and slice them.
- In a heated pan, add butter, spring onion, and mushrooms.
- Mix it well for 1 minute.
- Add water and wheat flour and let the mixture boil for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the flame and let it cool completely Blend mushrooms with low-fat milk until it becomes smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the same pan, add salt and 1 cup of water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Keep stirring the mixture.
- Serve the soup hot.
