Spinach and Shimeji Mushrooms with Garlic Soy Sauce

- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 2 clove Garlic
- Seasonings

- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
