Does lion's mane lower blood pressure? 

Reportedly, more than 70 active compounds in lion's mane mushroom have properties that protect against infections, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and dementia.

Research has found that lion's mane may protect against dementia, reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage.

What is the major problems in mushroom cultivation?
