Mushroom flour is a great kitchen staple. 

You can add it to soups and sauces to give them a mushroom flavor, and, if you have lots of fresh but mild-tasting mushrooms, you can sprinkle them with mushroom flour to increase the taste.

The flour can be used for bread ingredients, either on its own or mixed with breadcrumbs or wheat flour. 

¼ cup (100 ml/20–30 g) of mushroom flour is equivalent to at least a quart (1 liter) of fresh mushrooms. 

so it’s better to use sparingly than to use too much when adding flavor, as dried mushrooms can taste very strong.
